Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Which law applies and which courts can hear disputes.

• Governing law: these terms and any dispute about the service are governed by the laws of India.
• Courts: subject to the points below and to the Dispute Resolution clause, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
• Consumer rights preserved: if you are a consumer, nothing in this clause prevents you from filing a complaint before the consumer commission that the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 permits, including where you reside or work.
• Statutory forums preserved: nothing prevents you from approaching the Data Protection Board of India, any regulator, or any court or forum whose jurisdiction cannot be excluded by contract.
• Interim relief: either party may seek urgent interim relief from a competent court.
