Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits or uses TradeToday Terminal (www.tradetoday.co.in), operated by Tradetoday Multitrade Private Limited (CIN U52590MP2011PTC026489), Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. What the service is
TradeToday Terminal is an educational and analytics tool with paper (simulated) trading. It lets members study option chains, build and monitor practice strategies with virtual money, view charts with standard technical studies, and review their decisions. No real order is ever sent to any exchange or broker, and no real money is used. We are not a stockbroker, not an exchange member and not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
- Access to the terminal is given by the administrator, who may approve, limit, suspend or end access as described in the Account Suspension and Termination Policy.
- You must give accurate details and keep your password and any one-time codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your licence to use the service
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the service for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, frame, scrape, reverse-engineer or redistribute the service or its content except as the law expressly allows.
4. Your own broker connection
You may connect your own broker account (for example with a read-only Upstox Analytics Token) so that prices from your broker appear on your own screen. That data is provided to you by your broker under your agreement with it. See the API Credentials Security Policy and Market Data Disclaimer.
5. No advice
Nothing on the service is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, a recommendation or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative or commodity. See the Investment Advice Disclaimer.
6. Other policies
These Terms of Use form part of, and should be read with, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure and the other documents in the Legal Centre.
