Send your name, registered email and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or broker secrets.
We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and to resolve within 15 days, and will tell you if we need longer.
For personal-data complaints, if you are not satisfied you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
For consumer disputes, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain available.
