Indemnification

When you must cover losses you cause.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Tradetoday Multitrade Private Limited and its directors for reasonable losses, costs and claims by third parties arising from your breach of our terms, your misuse of the service, your violation of law or third-party rights, or misuse of credentials under your control. This does not apply to losses caused by our own breach, negligence or misconduct.
