Who owns the platform and its content, and how to report infringement.

• The software, design, text, lessons, graphics and compilation of TradeToday Terminal are owned by or licensed to Tradetoday Multitrade Private Limited and protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
• Standard mathematical formulas and market concepts are not owned by anyone; our implementations and written explanations are our own.
• Your journal notes and drawings remain yours; you allow us to store and process them to provide the service.
• Market data belongs to the exchanges and data providers.
• To report content you believe infringes your rights, contact the Grievance Officer with details of the work, the page and your contact details; we will review it and remove infringing material where appropriate.
