Security Incident and Data Breach Policy
- We monitor errors and administrator actions in our logs and run regular self-diagnostics.
- If we become aware of a personal data breach, we will contain it, investigate it, and inform affected members and the Data Protection Board of India as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules require, and report cyber-security incidents to CERT-In where the law requires.
- Notices will describe what happened, what data was affected, what we are doing and what you can do (for example revoking broker tokens and changing passwords).
- Report a suspected security issue to the Grievance Officer: Grievance Officer: Amit Kumar Jain, Director, Tradetoday Multitrade Private Limited. Contact: WhatsApp message to +91 93033 05959 (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM (IST)). Address: Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India.
