Account Suspension and Termination Policy

When access may be limited or ended.

• Access is granted by the administrator for a set period or without an end date, and ends automatically when a set period expires.
• The administrator may suspend, revoke or delete an account for breach of our terms, security risk, misuse, legal requirement, or when the service changes. Where practical and lawful, we will tell you the reason.
• You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
• On termination, your paper-trading data may be deleted; remove your broker credentials yourself if you wish to before then.
• Every access decision is recorded in the account's history.
• If you believe a decision is wrong, use the Grievance Policy.
