These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are between you and Tradetoday Multitrade Private Limited and govern your membership of TradeToday Terminal (www.tradetoday.co.in). They apply together with the Terms of Use and all documents in the Legal Centre, which are incorporated by reference.
1. Acceptance and versions
- You accept this Agreement when you create an account, and again each time you log in and confirm the notice shown at login.
- Each document shows a version number, effective date and last-updated date. This set is version 2.0, effective 2026-10-07.
- We record which version you accepted and when.
2. Membership and access
- Accounts are approved by the administrator. Access may be granted for a period (for example 30 days) or without an end date.
- Access currently carries no fee. If paid plans are introduced, their price and terms will be shown before you pay; see Subscription and Payment Terms.
- We may change, add or remove features. Paper accounts, notes and settings may be reset if needed to maintain the service; we will try to tell you in advance where practical.
3. Paper trading only
All orders, positions, margins, charges and profit or loss in the terminal are simulated. They do not create any obligation with any exchange, broker or clearing corporation. See the Paper Trading Disclosure.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Activities Policy.
- Make your own decisions about real trading, independently and at your own risk, after taking advice from a registered professional if needed.

5. Liability, indemnity and disputes
These matters are covered by the Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Force Majeure, Governing Law and Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution documents, which form part of this Agreement.
